Booking Policy

Availability: Once an online booking is made, it will be instantly confirmed and sent to us for processing.

Payment Methods: We accept VISA and MasterCard. Payments are securely processed by Bangkok Bank of Thailand, utilizing SSL encryption and certified by Verisign.
Please note: Refunds will be credited back to the customer's credit card by the Bank of Thailand, which may take up to 7-14 working days.

Cancellation Policy: When booking directly with the hotel: Enjoy a flexible cancellation policy before the arrival date. If canceled on the arrival date, a charge for one night's accommodation will apply.

Early Check-Out: The hotel reserves the right to charge an early check-out fee equal to one night's accommodation if the guest checks out earlier than scheduled.
