Booking Policy

Availability: Once an online booking is made, it will be processed and sent to us to confirm availability.

Payment Methods: We accept VISA and MasterCard. Payments are securely processed by Bangkok Bank of Thailand, utilizing SSL encryption and certified by Verisign.
Please note: Refunds will be credited back to the customer's credit card by the Bank of Thailand, which may take up to 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes to bookings must be received at least 3 days prior to the arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Early Check-Out: The hotel reserves the right to charge an early check-out fee equal to one night's accommodation if the guest checks out earlier than scheduled.

• All rates are per night and quoted in Thai Baht.
• Rates include/exclude ABF (American Breakfast), VAT, and service charges.
